Ordering Process
What is the minimum order quantity?
Initial orders require a minimum of 48 pieces, with subsequent reorders at 24 pieces minimum.
What is the typical lead time?
Standard lead time is 10-12 weeks from order confirmation, as each hat is handcrafted to order.
What are the payment terms?
We require 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% before shipping.
Production & Shipping
Where are the hats manufactured?
All hats are handcrafted in our Athens atelier by skilled artisans.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available for select styles, subject to current production capacity and additional fees.
How are wholesale orders shipped?
Orders ship from Athens, Greece via trusted international carriers. Shipping costs and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Yes, qualified retailers may order up to 3 samples at wholesale pricing.
