The materials and shape of the fedora hat are great. The brim is stiff and has limited snap or adjustment. The reason for the poor remarks are the hat and the band within the hat are not cleanly stitched and it is noticeable when you try the hat on. It looks like you rushed to finish the hat and didn’t care to inspect your work before shipping. If this is your best work I can see ever ordering a MTO hat from you folks.
