How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Online Portal: For the fastest service, please submit and manage your return or exchange requests through our dedicated customer portal, accessible via our customer service menu.

Manual Process: Alternatively, you can initiate a return or exchange by contacting us directly at +30 (211) 001 - 1910 or via email at customer.service@hnc-hatworks.com. Please contact us for a return authorization before shipping your item back to us.
Eligible Items for Return or Exchange
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Personalized, sale items, and gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products marked as 'final sale' are not eligible for returns due to their special promotion or limited edition nature.
Exchange Details
- Custom Items: Subject to a restocking fee (per item) of 25%.
- Non-Custom Items: Free.
Returns for Refund
- Non-Custom Items: A restocking fee (per item) of 25% and a return fee of 25 EUR will be applied.
Returns for Store Credit
- All Eligible Items: We are pleased to offer free returns for store credit, allowing you a seamless shopping experience.

Refund Processing
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
- Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days to the original payment method.
