We allow returns, exchanges, or store credit up to 30 calendar days after delivery. Please use our dedicated customer portal available in our customer service menu to submit and manage your requests. You can also call +30 (211) 001 - 1910 or email customer.service@hnc-hatworks.com for return authorization before shipping your hat back to us. Conditions
Returned hats must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:
- All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
- Custom or personalized hats are final sale and cannot be returned.

- Custom Items: Restocking fee (per item) 25%
- Non-Custom Items: Free
Returns for Refund
- Non-Custom Items: A restocking fee (per item) of 25% and a return fee of 25 EUR will be applied

Knowing your exact head measurement and your desired fit is all we need to make a perfectly fitting hat for you.
To determine your head measurement, you will need a sewing measuring tape. Wrap your tape gently around where you wish your hat to rest. Do not pull the tape too tightly unless you want your hat to be as tight.
A tight-fitting hat wears higher and stays on better on a windy day. It could feel a bit uncomfortable, though, during a long stroll on a hot sunny day. A looser-fitting hat, on the other hand, is far more comfortable, but your hat will wear a bit lower.

Nice hat..great customer communication..fast shipping..arrived safe and sound...only disappointment was the brim and crown were pretty flimsy..and I had paid extra for extra stiff brim and crown..which I felt did not do anything
I bought the hat as a gift for a friend, and it is perfect. It’s exactly the hat style he was looking for. Well made, looks excellent.
So far I love the hat. Only thing I can complain about but it is just something personal is I should have gotten it as stiff as possible. The hat came well packaged and fits perfectly tho. Would recommend if your on the fence.
